Originally from Manhattan, Kansas.
After working in a family retail business Bryan returned to school and earned a BS degree from Kansas State University specializing in Golf Course Management. Following in his grandfather’s footsteps as a superintendent Bryan’s 20+ year career has led him coast to coast and points in between from Hawaii to South Carolina leading many successful renovations and course improvements under his watch. The best part of my job is the challenge of maintaining a living organism while dealing with Mother Nature, where each day presents something new. The reward is seeing a plan come together that results in a well-maintained golf course that is fun to play. I am thrilled to be at Black Mesa as it is such a special layout in a dramatic setting.
